KAMRON AT A GLANCE
Kamron was established in the year 1990 by Mr Kamlesh J Laskari who put up a manufacturing facility to produce tablets, capsules and liquid orals at Rakanpur near Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad is the largest town of Gujarat state in India and is well connected by direct international flights to Africa, Europe, USA, Middle East and Far East.
The beginnings were humble and the company started commercial production to supply quality medicines to cater to the domestic market and institutional sales. Looking to the rising demand for injectables in India and the world over, the company added its Small Volume Parenterals Production plant in the year 1993.
Today, the company has more than 2 decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, it has been among the pioneer members of various trade organisations like the Indian Drug Manufacturers Association (IDMA). A lot of continuous modernisation has also been done in the plant and machinery of the company which has enabled it to get various quality certifications like the WHO-GMP and the ISO 9001:2008.
Change has been an integral part of Kamron and over the years the company has transformed in many ways and has entered various new markets, however one thing still remains the same and that is the company’s commitment to deliver the best quality medicines at the most affordable rates to the community at large.
